PROSIGHT 2026 invites researchers, academics, practitioners, policymakers, and doctoral students to submit original research papers, conceptual studies, case analyses, and evidence-based industry insights aligned with the conference theme.
All submissions will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the Scientific and Technical Program Committee.

Human-centered leadership, cognitive biases, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, adaptive leadership, negotiation, and psychological safety.
Track 2 - Capability & Workforce Transformation
Future-ready workforce development, competency frameworks, capability maturity, talent management, change psychology, and virtual team performance.
Track 3 - Governance, Value, and Project Impact
Governance models, accountability, portfolio management, benefit realization, procurement, anti-corruption systems, and policy-driven delivery.
Track 4 - AI and Digital Technologies for Project Decision Support
AI-enabled analytics, predictive risk mitigation, decision support, generative AI, digital twins, RPA, and big data integration.

Paper Requirements
- Length: 6-8 pages including references.
- Format: IEEE / APA style, final style to be confirmed.
- Language: English only.
- Template: Available for download.
Review Process
- Double-blind peer review.
- Minimum 2 independent reviewers.
- Similarity check required.
- Revision may be requested before final acceptance.
